For the “days of the week” question, let us know what days you’d prefer for the two-day workshop… and for an optional class, considering travel to and from Indianapolis. We typically end the second day early enough for people to catch flights out. Last time, the optional workshop was on Tuesday and the main “Kaizen Live!” days were Wednesday and Thursday.
